"Awesome rug shopping experience!"
Had an awesome time picking out a rug and getting it delivered to my place in New York in under a week. Didn't even have to spend a second on the phone chatting with anyone. The service was fantastic, and I'm super thrilled to have found it!!!

"My Experience Ordering a Rug from Rug Studio"
I just got a rug from Rug Studio. Had a little hiccup, and I was kinda annoyed, but their customer service rep, Anne, really took care of me in such a kind and understanding way. She made me feel at ease dealing with Rug Studio, and I gotta say, I didn’t have to sit on hold for ages to chat with someone. Rug Studio has an awesome variety and the prices are pretty good too. Being a design pro, I really appreciate good value and selection.

"Fantastic variety, fair prices, and helpful customer support"
Last month, we bought a beautiful rug from RugStudio and found a defect from the manufacturer once we unrolled it completely. (Make sure to inspect your deliveries closely!) The customer service at Rug Studio quickly set up a replacement rug for us that was in perfect shape. They were friendly and straightforward to deal with throughout the whole process, and we’ll definitely shop with them again! Both the ordering and replacement experiences were great.
